The community
A room where people are actually looking at deals.
Not a motivation group. Not a place to post screenshots. A weekly call where we open real listings, read the numbers out loud, and decide what is worth pursuing and what to walk away from.
Cancel any time. No contract, no call, no application.
What you get
Four things, every month
A live call every week
Bring a listing, bring a question, or just listen. We look at real deals on the screen and I explain what I am seeing as I read it.
The frameworks
How to read a CIM. What a red flag actually looks like. Where your leverage comes from and how seller financing tells you what the seller really believes.
Direct answers
Ask me anything about a deal you are looking at. I have bought two businesses and built one, so you get an answer from experience rather than theory.
People at the same stage
Most people who want to buy a business have nobody to talk to about it. Here you are surrounded by people doing the same thing, some further along than you.
Straight with you
What this is not
I would rather you not join than join expecting the wrong thing.
- This is not the full course. The community teaches you how to think about a deal. The Blueprint cohort walks you through one, with the templates and checklists.
- This is not done-for-you. Nobody is going to find a business for you or make an offer on your behalf.
- This is not a guarantee. Some people look at deals for a year and correctly walk away from every one of them.
- This is not passive. If you join and never show up to a call, you will get nothing out of it, and I would rather you cancel.

Where this leads
Some people stay in the community for a year and that is exactly right for them. Others get a few months in, find a real target, and want to be walked through the whole transaction. That is what the Business Buyer's Blueprint cohort is for, and I only open it a few times a year with twelve seats. You do not need to decide now, and nobody is going to pressure you into it.
Questions
Why is this paid instead of free?+
Because free communities fill up with people who are not serious, and then the calls get worse for everyone who is. The price is low enough that anyone genuinely interested can join, and high enough that people show up.
I have never bought anything. Am I too early?+
No. Most people in here have not bought a business yet. That is the point. What you should not expect is to be carried, and you should expect to read.
What if I can't make the live call?+
Calls are recorded and posted. You will get most of the value from watching them, though you get considerably more from bringing your own deal and asking about it.
Do I have to buy the cohort eventually?+
No. Plenty of people will get what they need from the community alone. The cohort exists for people who have found a real target and want it worked through step by step.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from inside Skool, without talking to anyone. If you are not getting value, you should.
