If the answer to yours is not here, ask it. Somebody reads them.
The dashboard picks one thing for you, based on where you said you are. If you would rather browse, the tools are grouped by stage in the order a purchase actually happens, so start at the top of the stage you are in.
Yes. Any tool result can be kept against a named deal, and the Deal workspace holds them side by side. How many you can hold depends on your tier.
Ask. The Ask a question page goes to a person, not a bot, and a question with the numbers in it gets a real answer. If it is a question about a specific deal, the community is usually faster.
Yes. The calculators are built to be used on a phone, which is where most people open them while standing in somebody's shop.
A free account opens most of the tools and the detail behind their answers. The community tier opens the rest. Blueprint opens everything plus the course. The Account page lists exactly how many tools each one opens.
Community membership and this account are separate until you link them. The code pinned inside the group links them, on the Account page. It rotates, so if an old code stops working, take the current one from the pinned post.
Account, then Manage billing. That opens Stripe directly, where you can update the card, read past invoices and cancel. We never see or store your card details.
No. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then drops back to the free account. Saved deals stay; the tools above your tier lock.
There is not one. Signing in sends a link to your email, and clicking it signs you in. Nothing to remember and nothing to leak.
Pick a session, choose a time, and pay at checkout. The card is taken before the slot is held, so the time is genuinely yours. If the time stops working you can move it, using the reschedule link at the bottom of any booking email. A paid booking cannot be cancelled or refunded, so book a session you intend to take.
Before you open any part of a purchase you can have all of your money back, for any reason, with no time limit on asking. Opening it delivers it, and after that the purchase is final. That is the same rule for a single course, a package, the membership and the cohort. A membership is separate from a refund: you can cancel any time from your account page and access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. A refund, where one applies, reverses every enrolment and tool the purchase opened.
No. Every tool produces an estimate, not tax, legal, accounting or investment advice. Anything you are about to act on goes past your CPA or your lender first.
Primary sources: the IRS, the Department of Labor, state revenue agencies and the SBA. Each rate carries the source it came from and the date it took effect, and the tools show both. When a rate passes its review date the build fails until somebody reads the source again.
It means we have not read that number off its agency ourselves recently, usually because the agency blocks automated access. It is shown rather than hidden so you know which figures to check before relying on them. Industry multiples are permanently marked that way: they are market observation, not a rule.
Send the question with your numbers in it. If it needs a conversation rather than a reply, you can book time instead.
